I want to be the best version of myself! - I’m an extremely competitive person and enjoy pushing my body to the limit, making sure all the hard training counts to achieve the best possible outcome. Music also has a vital part to play in my motivation, especially when it comes to fitness and sport - a good song playlist can make such a difference to your overall performance. When it comes to my classes, I love the feeling of pushing people to achieve the best version of themselves and it motivates me knowing they come to my class to work hard and sweat!
This is easy to answer… it’s YOU! It's your commitment and desire to train hard with other fitness minded people that will bring my class to life. My aim is to challenge and push you through each of the rounds in a safe and high-energy environment so that you can achieve your fitness goals. By alternating between intense cardio drills and compact strength exercises, my class.
My day to day ritual consists of something quite simple but effective – I try to make sure I always eat mostly healthy foods, stay hydrated whilst at work in the office and just generally exercise as often as possible. Furthermore, another important thing to keep me feeling positive are my family and friends. Therefore, regular catch ups with family back home in the UK and meeting friends here in Munich really boosts my mood and wellbeing on a daily basis.
