1. ZEUS PUMP

Experience our signature HIIT full body workout, igniting the whole body. In this class we target as many muscle groups as possible combining speed on the treadmill with pump using the Technogym benches.

2. aphrodite PUMP

Focus on targeted training of your core & glutes. Dynamic exercises for legs, glutes & core are combined with interval runs on the treadmill. Burn a lot of calories and strengthen your body with Aphrodite   Pump!

3. TITAN PUMP

Focuses even more on growing your muscles and strengthening the body -compound movements and supersets are combined with lower intensity runs and strength sessions for the legs on the treadmill.

4. Herkules PUMP

Our Hercules workout will have you feeling as sculpted as a Greek God. This class combines cardio intervals and weighted floor exercises, targeting the arms, chest, shoulders, back, and some killer ab exercises.
